Good morning. We will show you a cooking program called 'Cooking over flowrs' in Seoul. In this program, discussions about the culture of Korean food with flowers and two cooking demonstrations will be held. This will be followed by the time of dining food and taking pictures in the photo zone on the theme of flowers.
From ancient times, we have enjoyed various food with flowers, such as azalea hwajeon (pan-fried sweet cake with flower petals), pine pollen dasik (tea confectionery), chrysanthemum tea, etc. depending on the season. The West has also enjoyed dishes cooked with herbs. Edible flowers are condensed with the nutrients of plants, and are low in calories while being rich in amino acids, vitamins, and proteins, so they are excellent ingredients for cooking. Go beyond the significance of eating a dish with flowers on a midsummer night in Seoul, and share a delightful time that satisfies your visual, olfactory, and gustatory senses at the same time.
